The elephant is a big part of Thai culture. They even named a beer Chang, which is Thai for elephant.

My intent is to start my adventure in Thailand, then on to Malaysia and Singapore, back to Thailand, then on to Cambodia to Laos and finally Vietnam. This not chiseled in stone as I have no set agenda for the duration of time spent in a certain country. I really am flying by the seat of my pants so to speak.
